I just finished a session with John and I am basking in the revelation that came from it regarding a childhood wound from long ago. John carefully and gently, guided me to uncover the reason behind the physical symptom of jaw clenching. I could identify the feelings that were suppressed so long ago and I was able to bring forth a part of me that I tucked away to protect and preserve and the feeling that comes from this reunion, is one of home and peace.
